is there a program that i can install and run in tandem with my router to report to me a live internet usage of the computers in my network?

i've got a massive network setup and need a closer eye on the statistics with a better readout than the DLink gadget for the Vista/7 Sidebar.

also, i found a program called inSSIDer that has a very nice site survey of all signals near you, am wondering of the possible uses on that...
