We have successfully been using ftp to a domain name on both 930 & 932
Host Name = domainname.com
Path = /folder/camerafolder
hope this helps ...

Hi,

Thats not work with 930 and 932 camera on my side. When replacing the domain by the IP thats work. I must use domain instead ip because I dont have a static IP.

Any idea?

been working here for almost 2 years.
are you confident that you have entered the path and the slashes (/) correctly?

ideas -
perhaps DNS is pulling incorrect ip address from cache - can you flush your DNS cache?
How about can you ping to either the ip or to the domainname and get similar results?
is the proper port open on the server?
