I'm also getting a 2114 error with my DNS-321 (firmware version 1.01) trying to stream any media to my PS3.  I've selected both the root and specific volumes on the DNS-321 with no luck.  Is the PS3 streaming not supported yet on the DNS-321?  In the firmware 1.01 release notes it only mentions the XBox 360.

I have the same issue. It seems to be intermittent
