This product is very frustrating and lacks any real documentation on using the device as a bridge.

I have a WIN XP desktop which I successfully connected to the 1522 AP - as evidence of the GUI to program it.  I have the 1522 set to Bridge Mode via the switch on the unit.  The 1522 has hardware version B1 and Firmware version 2.000.  I joined my wireless network successfully as evidence of the Status page showing it's successfully connected and bridged to my network.  I then disabled my USB wifi NIC in hopes of using my hardwired connection to the 1522 to get on the internet.  NOPE, several reboots and browsers were tried with no luck.

I feel there is a BIG chunk of documentation missing - what are the IP requirements of the device (PC, Printer, etc) in order to be able to connect.

I honestly don't even know where to start. 

My end goal is to use the 1522 as a Print Server.  What IP, Default Gateway and Subnet should I assign the printer?  I am open to suggestions.  How do I then connect "to" the printer once it is attached to the 1522?  Just scan for a wireless printer or do I need to create a TCP/IP port?

I love it when stuff finally works as planned.  I missed the step of not switching back the computers TCP/IP settings to auto. WORKS!!

Now, when I do try to setup my Printer, it currently has a static IP of 10.1.50.xx   Can I (in theory) keep this IP since there are about 7 PC's already mapped to this printer/IP ?  It would be VERY helpful if I could keep the IP.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that the printer or end-point's IP address needed to be in a certain range - seem to recall it was perhaps (not positive) 192.168.0.50 - 192.168.0-99. 

Any guidance or advice on printer settings or should I just let the printer assign them?

Need to use Auto Obtain and let the printer get it's IP address from the HOST router that you should reserve ALL ip addresses on for all devices.
