Dlink 2730u help

So im using a dlink 2730u modem ... theres a guy in my network who uses utorrent frequently as a result rest are unable to use internet properly...  :-\ So is there any way to block the utorrent program or block its port..

I tried finding all but was unable to find a suitable menu for it  :'(

This modem might not have any filtering abilities. Best bet would be to block the program on the pc with a firewall program or ban him from using it. If there is any QOS options. Setup a rule for his pc and put in a low priority and get you pc to a higher one

Yep... i found a QoS option. But its pretty confusing for a newbie like me.

After clicking on enable QoS i get the following option.
