DNS 323 1.10 firmware and Hitachi 6G 2TB drives

Does anyone know if the new firmware is compatible with the Hitachi 2TB drives 6Gbps Sata 3 drives?  I have model # HDS723020BLA642 and have had no end of grief with the 323 using 1.09 firmware that I have abandoned the use of this drive.  I have two of these drives that I've now had to "save".

Also is anyone aware if the 325 will support these drives?

From my reading of the Hitachi Spec. sheet, FW 1.10 will allow you to use these drives.  Since you own the drives, and the firmware is free, I would try to format the drives.  Do not expect to experience 6 Gbps transfer speeds.  The DNS-323 is underpowered for that speed. You should also plan for moving the data on the current disks to the new Hitachi drives.
