Im trying to setup a full block rule with the access control (block some access option).

main reason is to securely block P2P, so if u use the block to cover all ports, this works fine, but of course will block certain needed things like MSN for example.. So is there any way of adding an allow that will be taken for the first rule before applying the total block?

only way i can see past this with the setup of this router is a very painful method in this access control is by setting it up with multible rule sets, for example

block ports 0 to 1862
block ports 1864 to 5189
block ports 5191 to 6890
block ports 6892 to 6900
block ports 6902 to 65535

that one single example only will block all other traffic except the MSN ports of "1863,5190,6891,6901"

but this would be a painful method when needed to allow a few other allow rules for other applications.

What you're trying to do can't be done that way. If you block those ports you're going to cause trouble for your self later.
 You're better off using a buisness class firewall for that type of restricted internet access control.
