Standby option:where?

My 345 remain permanently in active mode, with fans running at top speed. Maybe is something wrong in my firmware configuration? Please help me!!

What firmware are you running? v1 or v1.01? Try upgrading to 1.01 if possible.

I called my local tech support (in Australia) and he sent me a Dropbox-like link to download the updated firmware. I would suggest you call your local tech support and see if they can send you a link. I am unaware of such a link on the DLink website.

Good suggestion. The DNS-345 is not yet officially released in the U.S. so the support here hasn't ramped up yet. I also recommend looking on the D-Link FTP site for the respective countries where each of you purchased your DNS-345 -- you may find a DNS-345 directory containing upgraded firmware.  ???

Italian dlink ftp contains only v.1.00 version... :-\

The DNS-345 is a new product and is just rolling out. I'm confident that additional WW firmware will follow.

Manual 1.10 shows some options not presents in 1.0 fw revision...
