Hi, I have local sub-net running Passware Kit Forensic 10.0 as a server.

1:  UDP connection to open local port 10555 or 10777 and seeks a connection to a sub-net named PC address.

2:  The port on the sub-net PC is running Passware Kit Agent 11.7 which is listening on UDP Port 10777 to connect to the server.

I can't get the out going UDP request to travel in the sub-net to a listening Passware agent running Distributed Password Recovery.

The firewalls on the sub-net PC's are configured for the application during the installation of it.

How can I get this simple UDP outbound/inbound to work?

I might put the devices thats running this server application in the DMZ on the router.
You might have to set up some port forwarding instead of DMZ. I would contact the Mfr of the software and ask them about any port forwarding information that might be needed.

What ISP Modem make and model do you have?
If this modem has a built in router, it's best to bridge the modem. Having 2 routers on the same line can cause connection problems.
Double NAT

To tell if the modem is bridged or not, look at the routers web page, Status/Device Info/Wan Section, if there is a 192.168.0.# address in the WAN IP address field, then the modem is not bridged.
If the modem can't be bridged then see if the modem has a DMZ option and input the IP address the router gets from the modem and put that into the modems DMZ.
