I noticed that mu guest zone was allways enabled and looking on D-links page found a new firmware 1.01 that was supposed to fix it.

Hey D-link Engineers I had bad news for you: the problem still there. nothing changed with the new firmware.

in the meanwhile my neighboors will vote me for neighbor of the year! Free wi-fi internet for everyone...

Shame on D-link.

How have you attempted to disable the guest zone?
How did you apply the FW update if you did?
One thing I recommend doing for FW updates is the following:
Factory Reset of the DAP.
Update FW using the .bin file.
Factory reset once more.

Test and see if guest zone can be disable after that.
Can you put in a password for the Guest zone?
