Constant rebooting

I purchased a DIR-450 a couple weeks ago from Newegg and today it started rebooting. All the status lights except the ethernet lights come on and after 2 or 3 minutes it'll reboot and they go out. Then they come back on for a few minutes, etc, etc. It stays up long enough to pull DHCP from it and then it crashes and reboots again before I can remote in. I'm planning to call tech support in the morning or something, but I figured I'd post this here and see if anyone had experienced this in the past?

It does this even with the evdo card out.
