DNS servers - resolution
« on: July 04, 2012, 08:33:29 AM »

Dear there.,
I've a typical problem here.
At our office we have purchased a DIR 615 wireless router.
I've configured the wan with static ip provided by the ISP.
We have a (custom) dns server at our place and the LAN runs on different network with static ips. say series 10.x.x.x
if I'm using the local dns server in ip4 settings I'm not getting internet.
if i enable DHCP on router, it assigns the ISP DNS ip at ip4 settings, but I've trouble using the services of the local server. please help!

Try using the Setup/Internet/Manual and input manual DNS addresses here. Does it work?
