dlink dns-320 - NFS - esx 4.0 - Problems

Hello, Im spanish. Excuse for me English.

I want conect Datastore (VMWARE) . I have tried to create a folder on DNS320 - "esxdatastore" and it have permison. I write in host ( 192.168.1.254 (ip from esx )) and I mark Write permisons.

In VCenter I have add a DATASOTRE,
    
Host :   192.168.1.254
Ruta real :   /mnt/HD/HD_a2/esxdatastore

but show this Error:

"Error during the configuration of the host: NFS Error: Unable to Mount filesystem: The mount request was denied by the NFS server. Check that the export exists and that the client is permitted to mount it "

I tried esxconfig-nfs but the same error.
