It was my first upgrade. Audio became completely unusable after upgrading. It wasn't perfect before, but now it's just very loud noise. How can I revert the upgrade?

Also, I can't make the camera work with Gmail. It can't find smtp.gmail.com. I hoped that the upgrade would fix this, but it didn't.

Hm... Now audio is OK. I'm sorry, maybe it was some kind of real noise near the camera.

my dlink 932l cam firm ware version shows 1.03 but what about the build number? no information. how to know the build?

Noticed a big security problem with DCS-932L today.
Have not seen it mentioned anywhere on this forum, but cannot say I did a thorough search.

The problem is that the DCS-932L (I tried both firmware 1.02 and 1.03), when using the URL "/image.jpg", the camera will return an image even if the password authentication fails or is outright omitted.

I have one 932L camera and a few 930L's.  The 930L's do not have the security problem, the 932L does.

I put the message here in the discussion of the 1.03 firmware because I could not decide if there was any better place to discuss it.

Never mind, I feel so stupid:  I had a setting wrong under Maintenance / Server Settings:  snapshot URL authentication.
