DCS-932L logout problems

When accessing my DCS-932L (usually by entering its IP address in a browser, rather than through my d-link), both the camera's green LED and the wireless activity LED on my router begin to flash, which I understand is normal because video isn't streamed unless someone is accessing the camera.  But the flashing continues even after I log off, both in Firefox and Chrome.  It appears that something is amiss with the logout process.  Any ideas?

Bump (after four months).  The camera still sometimes continues to access the internet even after logging off (and in some instances does not require re-rentry of login credentials to access the live view.)  Anyone else encounter this?
