Not sure how many, if any or all products that are effected, however, the DIR-645 seems to be effected when using the new D-Link support email web site. After entering in all pertinent input data into the required fields then clicking on Submit, a error is displayed:
"
The specified URL cannot be found."
I light of this, I went back to the old D-Link support site and used it to submit a email support ticket that was successful in getting to D-Link and they have responded.
To anyone needing email support via the new site, if this problem is encountered, please use the old web site located at the following link:
D-Link Support - Old SiteSelect the "Contact Options" from the top right hand menu bar. From here, select the product model your inquiring about from the drop down list. This will display input boxes that require your information that needs to be filled out. Select Submit.
It's also recommended to directly phone D-Link support if you require immediate assistance.

We will advise when this problem has been corrected by D-Link.
