From Administrator program, I go into Configure automated receptionist settings. Click on configure button next to 'Welcome Greeting". I choose 'Audio Recorded from Phone', then click Record New button. After selecting the phone, I click Record button.
"Administrator cannot connect to phone, check the connection to the phone then try again."
Same error no matter which phone (4 currently connected) I choose. Other 'record over phone' options (such as business hours or location) have the same problem. The phone system itself works fine except this issue.
Running 01.14.19 firmware on the phones.
Running 1.0 SP2 on base unit.
