Strict Priority Queue or Weighted Fair Queue

i'm using Weighted Fair Queue. i been getting some 1 bar when i play day time now. i wonder which is the best to use strict or weighted. or maybe i should switch back to 4500.

Are you the only one online when playing? If your the only one on line, try disabling QoS and see. If you do have others online while your playing, I would try strict privatization as detailed in the Gaming and Gamefuel sticky for the 645.

ok i'm currently doing some testing i have a question.

what about these ports?

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)

those ports aren't critical and usually accessed only during start up of the XBL connection or used by other XBL services. The main port needing any configuration if needed is 3074 for one console.

ok thanks again furry, it did improved my connection. but this wireless canopy is i'll have to live with lol.

i was hosting a match, and i'm like ya it's your turn to lag, all of them 1 and two bar connection.

Ya your ISP is wireless and probably just can't handle this kind of connection. If your the only one gaming online with out anyone else being online, You shouldnt need QoS however you might need it while gaming. You really need to see if you can get into a different ISP service. Maybe see if the wireless ISP can maybe help you establish any way of getting gaming working better for you. The main problem is your ISP pipe just isn't able to handle the bandwidth for gaming I think. Do they have any bigger pipes by chance? LOL
