FTP Images has thick black lines

Hi, I just setup my FTP on my camera, and I don't know why my pictures are not clear compared to the one that was emailed to me, the images that was saved has two horizontal thick black lines that you couldn't even recognize the person on the image, I want to attach a picture but I don't know how.

To insert an image into a post, you will need to post the image on another server (e.g. image service) and create a link using the following tags:
