Network Recycling Bin

I am now looking for a NAS with network recycling bin since the DNS-323 doesn't support it (YET!). I use the DNS -323 as my real estate file server. For the most part I have been extremely careful not to delete anything. However, as more people become involved in my business and in an attempt to go paperless I require a recycling bin.

Any thoughts?
