Try Opera or FF? If IE 8 or 9, set compatibility mode and test again.
Re download the FW file using IE and try again, remember to unpack the zip file.
Do a factory reset, then send the file again, then do another factory reset after the FW has been process and the router comes back to ready.
If this fails you'll need to contact your regional local DLink support office.
