after firmware update and reset to factory default no DATA

HI,

i have installed the new beta firmware, from dlink support mail. After this reset to factory defaults.

NOW i can't access my data, because the dlink nas wan't reconfigure the hdd and format it, too.

ANy ideas, how i can access my data?

How are you HDDs configured? Standard Volumes? RAID-1? etc.?
What was the exact name of the file that D-Link support emailed you?
