Unknown Error

I have installed my new DCS-5222L.
Locally (within my own network) it works very well. I can point my browser at it and get to control and view.
I have created a MyDlink user, and logged into that user, but it says "Your account has No Devices yet"
This could be due to the final step in the install coming up with this dialog...
(couldn't copy in the JPG of the dialog. Basically it says "Warning Unknown Error! Close X")

I have tried to re run the Setup Wizard and each timethe final step fails with this same "Warning. Unknown Error"

...any suggestions?
