Welcome!
What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
What region are you located?
Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
Have you done a factory reset of the router?
Do you have multiple devices online at the same time?

Don't know if anyone still cares or not on this.  Found a fix on the web some place cannot remember where.  On this page you have to put in something for every entry on the page where you enter the IP and port etc.  Just dont check them off only check off the ones you actually want as rules.  The page will then save.  There is a bug on the script on that page.  Again just fill them all out and only check off the ones you want.

Let us know if you can answer the questions presented.

Also,
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8 or 9, set compatibility mode and test again.

What FW are you using? I've been using v1.04. I'll check on this with my router and see.

Also what browser are you using when you are managing the router and using this UI?

Does it happen with other browsers too?

Ok so checking my router with v1.04. Default settings are un-checked enable box and the rest is either blank or has default place holder values.

I have 2 rules for my QoS, one for XBL and the other for all other devices...when I set them up, I entered in the values I needed first, check the enable box then saved settings. I get a reboot now or later option. I usually select Later if I need to configure the router more...

I use IE for Windows and Safari for Mac OSX. I don't think I had compatibility mode enabled for IE when I used it last there. You could try this though if needed.

Let us know what version of FW version you have loaded and what browser your using.

V1.04 and firefox to configure.  I ended up turning it off just recently as I didn't need QOS anymore.

Ok, If you get to use it again, try using IE with compatibility mode set and see if you notice the same thing. Looks ok on my router.

Thanks for posting.
