Gday im new to this D-link forums

I have been with D-links modem for 7/8 years now and still love it,

Currently i have DSL 2740B got that last year before xmas as my old DSL 504T die on me :(

When i noticed something about D-Link Cloud im not sure about this, If i get DIR-826L im wondering if
my DSL 2740B can work with DIR-826L, as because my DSL 2740B whenever i use iphone or ipad it get bit slower internet when use WIFI,

I just want to make sure before i buy DIR-826L should work with my router DSL 2740B

Im little bit confuse about this one from DIR-826L info
The Wireless N600 Dual-band Gigabit Cloud Router is mydlink Cloud enabled, so you can effortlessly access, view, and manage devices on your home network no matter where you are

Does that means say im away from home to go to city that i can use my own internet from cloud DIR-826L
Does anyone have that same model can someone tell me more abit about this

Im looking forward to hear from u asap

If you bridge the DSL modem and let the DIR-826L handle the PPPoE connection, it will work great for you.

You can access files attached to the router via the Cloud, however you can't do any web searching remotely. The Cloud routers are just a way to share and access stored data on a USB drive thats attached to the router.
Please visit the DIR-826L forum for your future needs if you decide to get one:

I enjoy mine.

Good Luck.
