DCS-2132L - Firmware update never?

If I understand correctly the 2132L model has been on the market since autumn last year (August or something), but still we have to live with the original 1.00.06 FW version, which is widely known of its bugs and anomalities. So when (if ever) can we expect a new FW release for this camera? The most annoying things for me are:
- No possibility to overwrite the same file via FTP
- Constant clicking and disturbances in the audio (regardless of the selected compression method)
- Malfunctioning of the automatic exposure control in bright light conditions
- No possibility to see the live video feed in MyDlink if the video parameters are changed from the default settings
