Hi -- Camera is all set up and is available via the internet.  I can load the video stream on my phone, for example.  It also works fine on my Mac laptop using the Safari browser, but only when I am on my on LAN.  When I connect to the camera using my laptop outside of my home, the stream won't load.

However, it *will* load externally using the Chrome browser.  What is odd is that both Safari and Chrome seem to use the Quicktime plugin to grab the stream.  But the plugin only connects successfully in Chrome.  Again, this is only an issue off my network.  When I am at home, Safari & Quicktime work fine.

Any ideas why this is happening?

A bit of searching on the forum turns up this thread, also talking about the topic:

No solution presented, unfortunately.  Would be great if anyone here has fresh data on the topic.
