USB HDD on DSL-2870B
« on: October 14, 2013, 05:51:08 AM »

Hi - I've connected a 1TB USD HDD to the USB port on a DSL-2870B. Drive is viewable in Windows 7 explorer but I can't write to the unit at all.

I know I'm missing something really simple but can't find a lot of reading on how to get this to work.

Advice appreciated.

Wenzel

Can you map to the drive using this:

You may need to change the IP address to match the modem IP address instead of using .0.1...
