One of my DCS2132L cameras often loses WiFi connection. How to troubleshoot ?

When using my android app to view one of the DCS-2132L cameras the view appears briefly, the an error message:  "The video stream from your device was lost.  Please try again,.  1_0_5_4_0_0.

How does one troubleshoot this ?   Does it mean the router should be closer to the camera ?  Does "1_0_5_4_0_0." help determine the problem ?
