My issue started about two weeks ago. I've had to order the last two weeks of Castle in HD from the Apple Store on my AppleTV. Prior to that time, I could begin to watch store downloads initiated from the AppleTV in seconds thanks to my phat 20Mb down/2Mb up connection from Charter. I have the 1.31 firmware installed on my router. Now downloads will take hours before I can begin to play them back. So long in fact that my iTunes on my main PC will begin to download the episode in it's entirety when it periodically checks for store downloads and then sync it back to the AppleTV causing a second copy of the episode to appear. Wireless syncs between my PC and the AppleTV run at the usual high speed of about 20MB/sec so I know it's not the wireless connection slowing things down. Store downloads from my PC work as quickly as they usually do. It's only store downloads started from the AppleTV that seem to be effected by this issue. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Restarts and running diagnostics on the AppleTV do not fix this issue.
