Online? Dont know what you mean? How could one part of the same router be off? while
another on?
So anyways, I've downloaded and tried about 15 port forwarding and wifi analyzers.
None seem to work unless i pay .
I have a program though called Xirrus. I ran that and it said my network is set a N mode.
Which is odd since my adapter was set in A mode?
Does this mean i have to force my router into AC mode only? Because it was set on auto mode?
I put it in AC only mode and will test it now.
-----------------------------------------
Well I tested it and it ran for about 30 min and then just hung there and choked.
I looked up xirrus guide and it says it doesn't detect AC. So I will try another analyzer.
When your router is set on Auto and your adapter is set on AC, isn't the router supposed
to adjust itself to AC? If it did so, then why didn't it work? We have several devices
that use the router without any problems, only my new DWA 182.
Anyways thanks for the replies

I moved my wireless adapter about 2 feet closer to the router so it went from about
9 feet away to 7 feet away and the signal strength went from 24mbps to 36mbps.
So I'm pretty sure the problem is the weak range of the Sagemcom 5250 router.
Sagemcom and Bell have a reputation of cheap quality.
So you can probably close this thread now, thanks.
