Connection Technisat Digicorder Hd s2+
« on: August 07, 2013, 04:42:43 AM »

Hi
I have the dns320l for one week now and it's really great.
But I have troubles connecting a technisat receiver. My network includes a desktop pc, ps3, tablet, laptop and the dns320l. All these devices  have acess to the diskstation if I use Firmware 1.01  09/14/2012, otherwise my ps3 can't find any shared folders.
My technisat receiver can only find the diskstation if my desktop PC is running!!
If I try to copy files from the receiver to the diskstation a new folder is created on the diskstation but the transfer is interrupted immediatly. The log files in dsn320l show:
"CIFS:[192.168.......] connected to [volume_1] as user [nobody]". and
"CIFS:[192.168.......] closed the connection to service [volume_1]"
Both messages at the same time. The shown Ip is my receivers ip.

I guess I have to register my receiver to the diskstation, but I can't create a user called "nobody". This leads to an error message. It's not possible to change the username of the technisat receiver.

Can anyone help, please?
