Hi,
I need some help with this.

I installed 2 apps on my IPad Mini the "Mydlink SharePort"  and the "SharePort Mobile".

The problems with Mydlink SharePort:
* With Local Acces : "Communication Error Try Again [9001]"
* With Remote Acces : I can see the router, but not the attached portable harddisk. I allwways recieve the message "Can't communicate with your SharePort enabled device; Please check your connection an try again. [s-1001]"

I do use the correct username and password and the cables are correct attached. I think I need to forward some ports, but that's new for me 

The problems with SharePort Mobile:
* after filling in the settings (username & password) I recieve the following error: "Authentification failed. Please make sure your user name and password are correct."
Even if I use the admin settings or ifI'm using the mydlink-accountsettings, I'll still recieve the same error 

Can anyone help me?

OS : Windows 7
Ipad mini iOS 6.1.3
D-Link Router : Dir 868L - Firmware version 1.01 dd 12 apr 2013
both apps are up-to-date

Problem solved (allmost) - I needed the router update F/W v1.02.  

I used the automatic update, but it seems that that is not working correctly. I found the update on mydlink.

Still do have problems with the "Local Acces"  He still won't conect
