After disabling the Windows Firewall and restarting the camera, I was finally able to connect to it and get it registered with the myDlink portal.
I can view it with my Android phone and the myDlink app, but I cannot view it on any computer. The "Connecting to your DCS-932L" emblem continues to spin, and then it times out and says "Unable to access your DCS-932L." I tried 2 computers connected to 2 different networks.
