Issue with video stream loss

I installed my first DCS-932L last night, and I upgraded the firmware.  I can log into the camera via IP address in browser, I can view it on mydlink.com and android app.  The issue is that after about 5 seconds, the video freezes, the light on the front of the camera goes solid green, and I have to refresh to get the live feed back, and then rinse and repeat.  On the Android app, it says "Video Stream Lost" and I have to hit reconnect, it does, vdeo for 5 seconds, same error pops up.  I am on a AT&T wireless router U-Verse, the camera is connect wireless.  Just wondering if I over looked something as to why I can't view live stream more than 5 seconds at a time.  Thanks!

To be honest, I don't know.  AT&T came in to install the U-Verse, put in their wireless router, and I have just been connecting to it...

I think it is the Moto NV510 4 port wireless router, p/n 581862-001...

  • Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices ON the router. Setup/Networking. This ensures each devices gets its own IP address when turned on and connected, eliminates IP address conflicts and helps in troubleshooting.
  • What wireless modes are you using?
  • 2.4Ghz Routers only: Try single mode G or N or mixed G and N?
  • Try setting a manual Channel to a open or unused channel. 1, 6 or 11. 11 for single mode N if the channel is clear.
  • What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/AES Only. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES, so you might want to try TPIK only or Auto TPIK and AES.
  • What wireless devices do you have connected?
  • Any cordless house phones?
  • Any other WiFi routers in the area? Link> Use InSSIDer to find out. How many?

As a suggestion if you can't get this working better...
