I used to get several  ‘false’ alerts. Also, duplicate emails for the same alert.
Thought I’d just have to live with it.
Seems after this update things are smooth sailing.  No false ‘Alerts’.... No duplicate emails.
Received my second 5010L today, updated it with the new firmware.
All day I’ve been testing and playing with different settings.  Both units have been right on all day.
None of the previous little aggravations .

Since updating to this firmware, the colors are all washed out.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Did you try regressing to the old FW to see if the issue persists?

Washed out Colors....probably set on night vision.

What worked for me............While viewing  camera feed, click drop down arrow, to the left you’ll see sun’/cloud icon for night vision.
Click ’ on’ then click ‘off’ . Should restore normal colors.

Yes, Night Mode displays images/video in black and white. Only Daytime Mode displays in color.

Since updating to this firmware, the colors are all washed out.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

I observed the same thing after updating to this firmware (v102_b5). So I reinstalled the older firmware (v101_b2)and noticed the colors were now bad on the older version when before the update they were fine, so I started playing around with the image setup settings in the setup menu.
I first tried the saturation with moving it to +1 which it did adjust but the color still had a purplish hue to it. Next I put the saturation all the way up +5 -- still had the purplish hue along with a lot of other colors. I left the saturation on 5 then I went to the Day/Night settings and switch it to night mode only. Then I went back to the live image and it did switch to the night setting. Next I switched it back to the day mode and then went back to live image and Bam the purplish hue was gone but still had the abundance of the other colors so I switched the saturation back to 0 and the purplish hue was gone and had normal colors again on (v 101_b2). On thinking that maybe the same could be done on the new v102_b5 I did the same procedures and had normal colors again on the new firmware. So the fix it was like what Spakydude did just I did it from the local setup menu instead of the mydlink route he used

I have two of these cameras. One pointed outdoors, one viewing indoor activity.

The one aimed indoors (living room area) occasionally, reverted to washed out ‘night vision’ lack of color in the middle of the day with plenty of day light available.

I had to turn night vision on then off again to get color back.  I believe I’ve solved that problem now.
Went to settings, set up ‘day mode schedule’ >  7:00  to  23:00 every day. Been a week now and not once has it reverted to washed out black and white colors in the middle of the day.
