I have a DNS 323
I also have a bunch of web hosting space that can support FTP transfer.

My question, how can I sync/backup my NAS with my web host space easily.

I would like to keep only the NAS on and not use a computer.

I noticed the Scheduleing setting from FTP, web or local network share, dont seem to be a two way sync, just a download to the nas service. Any other thoughts?,
