Have you set up a
mydlink.com account first using a web browser?
mydlink.com Supported BrowsersInternet Explorer 7 or higher (32-bit) - Add mydlink.com to the "Compatibility View" exceptions list.
Firefox 12 or higher
Chrome 20 or higher
Safari 6 or higher (Mac OS only)
Add mydlink.com to the Java security exceptions list as well.
After that, then you should be able to set up the camera and link it to the newly created and verified mydlink account.
