I am unable to watch and recording on my DNR 322L

Hey
I am unable to watch the live feed and to record on my DNR. When i log on it saus i have to download an Windows packed upgrade, when i do Nothing happens.
Can someone hjelp me?

How did you first configure your device? Using Windows? Try downloading the "Setup Wizard" from this page and giving that a try... http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DNR-322L
