USB Backup with Android

Anyone tried using the USB Backup with an android device before? After i plug it to the usb port at the back of the NAS, it doesn't seem to recognize my Note 3 as a USB storage device, and i wasn't able to setup a backup schedule for my phone. It seems to work fine with a USB thumbdrive..

Any idea how to get it to recognize my android phone?
