Problem with Recording on SD card

i have dlink 7010l i need to record on SD card
but there is a problem on that
i do not see tab for record in SD card
i use event setup to enable recording ... but there is a problem in recording alot of period is missing ...
i upgrade the version to 1.07 but the same problems

It says SD CARD on the lower left hand side.  Post of picture of what you are seeing.
