Share public read only and specific user write

Hi all.

How can I share a folder to everyone readonly and let specific users/groups write into it?  ???
Think it's normal, even in family environment, for a user to has privilege to write (say father, to add videos) and others can read only.
Don't think this is an enterprise feature....at all.

Given this is a SAMBA based NAS, why not to let users have this simple control level?

I actually can tweak folder access manually thru SSH console, but it's lost when rebooting.
