DNS 320 LW and Win7 connection missing

I'm using Windows 7, and DNS 320 LW - I have a problem with the connection between the pc and the server. I can see that the server is in the network, but I can't upload any files to the server, because the pc can't find the connection.

Any suggest to solve this problem?
