Can't login to cloud account

I can login to my dlink mycloud account through a browser without issue but the app refuses to let me login, always complaining my password is wrong. User email DOES contain a + if that means anything.

Thoughts?

Can you use an alternate email address to create a second mydlink account for testing purposes that does not contain any special characters? I can reach out to my contact at D-Link and ask if the mobile apps any constraints with special characters in the username, but before I do that, I first need to know what platform your mobile app is for. Apple or Android?
