Connexion au DNS-320LW via Internet
« on: May 05, 2014, 06:09:48 AM »

Bonjour.

Merci.

Did you expose the DNS-320LW FTP port to the Internet through your router?

Yes of course and I have tried with two DDNS services : no-ip.com and DynDNS.org and the response is the same; Sure I make mistakes but i don't know which ones.

Try configuring FTP access using your ISP IP address (not DDNS) to exclude DDNS as the root cause.

I just try directly with the IP of the NAS and deactivating DynDNS and it is the same result : no access to router via internet

The mydlink service does not require port forwarding to establish access, so I am presuming something is not configured properly on either your router or DNS-320LW FTP configuration. Can you establish FTP access from a remote PC that's not on the same LAN as the DNS-320LW. If you can successfully instantiate FTP access from a PC, then the mobile app should work.

You may have some challenges with the English language, but here's a video tutorial for configuring FTP on a ShareCenter: DNS-325 - FTP Server Configuration (Video)

I moved this topic to the DNS-320L board (you originally posted in DNS-320).
