DCS522L Rev B Can't be view in mydlink site
« on: April 13, 2014, 07:48:09 AM »

Anyone know how to get this fixed?
My F/W info are as following

IP Camera Name   DCS-5222LB1
Firmware Version   2.00.05
MCU Version   20131201
Agent Version   2.0.17-b36

Viewing in the Android app working ok, but again the resolution is far from being HD.
Browser results the same for IE, Chrome and F/Fox.

Thanks
FT

i'm having the same issue.  we've tried everything.  we can view on our phone and tablet but not from a PC.  the pan and tilt doesn't seem to work on the mobile devices either.

have you had any luck?

I had this problem at first.  I'm thinking it has something to do with Java or my browser?  I switched from my trusty Chrome over to IE and it worked fine.  Went back to Chrome and things started working.  No idea.  But try a few browsers and see if that helps.
