I don't know when it was released but it looks like the POE version of the 5222l.

This camera is not sold in the United States, otherwise there would be a product page on the D-Link USA website and directory on the D-Link USA FTP site. More likely than not, the DCS-5211L is only available overseas. Quite often, D-Link releases models to a limited region based on demand.
