can't connect my phone to router

Hi guys I just got a new tracefone and it has free internet with router but the router will not connect and the password is correct.

I connected my kindle with no problem but my phone keeps failing.

What wireless modes are you using?
What channel width are you using?
What security modes are you using?
Does the phone connect if you temporarily disable WiFi security?
