Granting folder access to multiple groups

Hello,

I am a new user to the NAS interface and am trying to configure the access rights to a DNS-323

I have configured users, groups and network shares with no hassle
Now I have a shared folder that needs to be accessed by users in different groups but I cannot see how to configure that

It seems that a user can only be in one group and the access to a folder can only be granted to one group or one user

Am I missing something or is this how the interface works?
If this is an actual limitation, is there a known workaround?
