Problem of DNS in DSL-2750U H/W C1
« on: July 03, 2014, 04:55:23 PM »

Hello

This after spending several days in trying to solve my problem, not having found a solution I come here to ask for help.

I bought a new modem to the store its a  DSL-2750U H / W C1 F / M ME_1.10
I connected and configured as usual
Perfect connection (attached Device info)
This information reflects the current status of your WAN connection.

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps):            450
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps):    11552
LAN IPv4 Address:                    192.168.1.1
MAC Address:                             here adress MAC
Default Gateway:                     ppp0
Primary DNS Server:                     109.0.66.10
Secondary DNS Server:             195.186.4.111

My problem is that I can not seem to connect any computer in the house
After several attempts I realized that the DNS router does not work

By entering the DNS (primary and secondary) manually in the configuration of the network card in the computer everything works normally.

I used several firmware without success (ME_1.30,  MEGE_1.00 Russian firmware: 1.0.11 and 1.0.14) still the same problem.
I tried to see several configuration settings but I could not notice any parameter related to the operation of the DNS.
I am not a professional but I know the configuration needed to get out.

That's if anyone can help me it will make me a great service

You may have a bad unit,
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

A wild guess - try enabling 'DNS Proxy' under 'Advanced setup' on your router configuration page.
